4. Bookings & cancellations

Service bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties. We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or changes so we can adjust caregiver schedules.

Fees, timings, and scope of care are agreed before service begins and communicated clearly.

Please provide a safe environment for our caregivers and accurate information about the patient's health, medication, and needs.

Any medical equipment or medication in the home should be used as prescribed by the patient's doctor.
